Refund Policy

Refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase, provided the subscription has not yet been activated.

Submit a support ticket from the Support page with your order number and reason for the refund request.

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Subscriptions that have been activated and used are not eligible for a refund, except where required by applicable law.
